7. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time:

Option 1: In-App Deletion

1. Open the Safipure app
2. Go to Settings
3. Scroll down and tap « Delete Account »
4. Confirm your decision

Option 2: Web Request

Visit safipure.ma/delete-account to request account deletion.

What Gets Deleted:

– Your profile information (name, phone, city)
– All registered products and filter data
– Medication records and schedules
– Appointment history and prescription photos
– Hydration data and statistics
– All uploaded photos and images
– Push notification settings

What Gets Anonymized:

Community posts and comments are anonymized (your name is replaced with « [Deleted User] ») to preserve discussion context for other users.

Note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All data is removed from our servers within 30 days.


8. Children’s Privacy

Our App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately.


9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the « Last Updated » date.
