Welcome to Safipure. By downloading, installing, or using the Safipure mobile application (« App »), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (« Terms »). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

By accessing or using Safipure, you confirm that you:

– Are at least 13 years of age
– Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
– Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations

2. Description of Service

Safipure is a mobile application that helps users:

– Track water filter status and receive replacement reminders
– Monitor hydration habits and receive drinking reminders
– Manage medication schedules and reminders
– Track health appointments
– Access educational content about water and health
– Participate in community discussions

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features, you must create an account using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In. You agree to:

– Provide accurate and complete information
– Maintain the security of your account credentials
– Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
– Be responsible for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings or by visiting safipure.ma/delete-account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

– Use the App for any illegal purpose
– Post harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
– Harass, abuse, or harm other users
– Impersonate any person or entity
– Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
– Distribute malware or harmful code
– Collect personal information of other users
– Use the App for commercial purposes without permission

5. User Content

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create (posts, comments, photos). By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App.

5.2 Content Removal

We may remove content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, at our sole discretion.

6. Health Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Safipure is NOT a medical device or service.

The App provides:

– General reminders for hydration, medications, and appointments
– Educational content about water and health
– Tools for personal organization

The App does NOT provide:

– Medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
– Replacement for professional healthcare
– Emergency medical services

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns. Never disregard professional medical advice based on information from this App.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, content, and code, is owned by Safipure and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

– Copy, modify, or distribute the App
– Reverse engineer or decompile the App
– Use our trademarks without permission

8. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services (Firebase, Google, Apple). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED « AS IS » AND « AS AVAILABLE » WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

– Merchantability
– Fitness for a particular purpose
– Non-infringement
– Accuracy or reliability of content
– Uninterrupted or error-free operation

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAFIPURE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

– Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
– Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
– Personal injury or property damage
– Any damages arising from your use of the App

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any).

These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Morocco.
